Personal Statement

My choice of profession comes down to being raised in a family so passionate and dedicated about health and fitness. This firstly lead me from a young age to take up boxing and this then progressed into me competing in many boxing tournaments at a high level. I have had the privilege of training with some inspiring professional boxers throughout my career.

Now as an experienced and passionate fitness professional, I know firsthand how determination and commitment can change people's lives forever. My client's results speak louder than words and I am very proud to be surrounded by such happy and highly motivated clients.

I work hard to maintain my knowledge and keep up with the dynamic world of exercise and fitness, this enables me to remain committed to completing Continued Professional Development (CPD) so I can continue to offer my clients the best, most safe and enjoyable experience along the way.
